Additionally, once a purchase order has been issued to ASRaymond, the new customer setup process requires approximately seven (7) business days to complete.
Before submitting a quote request, we encourage you to visit the ASRaymond website, where product information, availability and pricing questions can be answered immediately. To expedite purchasing and order processing, customers are encouraged to place orders directly through the ASRaymond website.
If you're looking for part availability on parts that we have in stock, simply add the quantity you need to your cart to check current inventory levels, which are updated daily. If the quantity requested exceeds available stock, a pop-up notification will let you know and display the current inventory balance.
The website will also identify any applicable minimum order quantities (MOQs), helping you quickly find the information you need and make purchasing decisions without waiting for a quote response.
