Components

Designing the counterbalance or actuation components is not always easy, feasible, or allowed within customer resources. ASRaymond's engineering team can select the correct standard design for the application or, if necessary, design a custom part or assembly. Because of ASRaymond's expansive breadth of products, it has multiple technologies, base designs, materials, and coating options to choose from to suit any application perfectly.

Regulations and Compliance

ASRaymond takes regulations and compliance seriously. As a business of Barnes, a publicly held company, ASRaymond is subject to regular third-party audits. ASRaymond can assist with ITAR, DFARs, RoHS, and applications with other regulatory requirements, as it already does this frequently. Software

The engineering department maintains a software suite, including common CAD packages, to interface with customers and their design information. ASRaymond can work with a variety of 2D and 3D datasets and file formats.
