SPEC® Metric Conical Spring Washers are designed as heavy-duty, bolted-joint Spring Washers. They are aligned with metric fasteners and ideal for bolted connections where fasteners experience preload loss from stress relaxation, thermal expansion, and contraction or vibration. They are low profile, round, concave, disc-shaped products, with a hole in the center. An example of possible applications is bolted flanges and connections using bolts that range from grade 8.8 to 10.9.
ASRaymond offers parts in a variety of materials and finishes options as a standard offering. For highly corrosive environments, Type 316, 304, or 302 stainless steel are available. Zinc-plated and black phosphate carbon steel are also standard options available for more general applications.
