To request a quote from Associated Spring Raymond, please do as follows:
- Fill out the Request for Quote form below.
- Please describe the part that you are looking for. Be as specific as you can. The more information we have the better. It should include:
- Material
- Dimensions (free length, L1, inside/outside diameter, stock thickness, …etc)
- Load/deflection
- Direction of Helix (when applicable)
- Spring Rate (when applicable)
- Ends configuration (when applicable)
- Quantity
- Let us know who you are: name, company, telephone number, email address, so we can be diligent in our response to you.
- After we receive the form you will be given a RFQ number. Include this number on any emails or faxes.
- If you have a drawing or sketch, this is very helpful. Send an email to springsales@asraymond.com and attach a CAD file of the part to be designed. We support .DXF files only at this point. If you would like to fax a sketch, please include the RFQ number and send your fax to 419–891–0419.
We will contact you after we have had a chance to review your request, usually within 48 hours. If a faster response is needed, please indicate so, or call us at 800–872–7732.
